“We were incredibly fortunate to be able to have Em photograph our fresh 48, even if it was a little late due to Covid restrictions. Em worked with us and the hospital to ensure we were able to safely and comfortably capture such a special time in our lives after welcoming our son. We were so thankful that she took her time and allowed us to ensure we caught all the moments we wanted on camera, even suggesting doing a bath as only my husband had been able to do that for our son due to my c-section. Em was open to every photo request and guided us so beautifully into capturing candid and posed photos. Having the moments of us as a new family is something I treasure every day."

Behind The Scenes with Emma
I’ve been photographing my own children for 20 years, but Bella Arte Photography was born at a time when they all went to school and I needed to start taking photos of families other than my own. Armed with a love for babies and helping mother’s throughout labour, birth and beyond - it was a natural progression to work with Newborn’s and their families. Being able to work in Epworth Geelong as partner for a time was a dream come true, and combined many of my loves into one job!
